5 Oaks - Mahabaleshwar - Tariffs

At 5 Oaks, though we prefer to rent out the entire bungalow together, we also rent out parts of the bungalow for smaller groups. We have 3 rooms in the basement with a large verandah with lawn, two rooms in the ground floor and two rooms on the top floor along with a large balcony.

We at 5 Oaks Bungalow offer customized packages for our guests, as we understand that the requirement and expectations of our guests vary from person to person. Payment Terms

100% amount to be paid in advance 50% booking amount. Remaining 50% to be transferred 1 week prior to the check-in date. We hold the right to cancel the booking if the pending amount is not received after regular follow-ups for a week.

The booking amount will not be refunded in such case.

Cancellation policy:

2 Weeks prior to checkin date - 10% of booking amount

1 Week prior to checkin date - 20% of booking amount

Within 1 week - No Refund (Date change will be allowed under special circumstances till next 1 month & only during Monday - Thursday)
